Circuit training at the gym is aimed at improving the endurance of the main muscle groups. It is an intensive training for the whole body which starts with warm-up exercises. During the class, exercise machines and other gym equipment are used in addition to the person’s own body weight. Each programme is made up of static and dynamic exercises. The class ends with relaxation exercises and stretches. The training is suitable for men and women at both beginner and advanced levels. Every participant can choose the pace and level of difficulty suitable for them.
