Hestia Hotel Kentmanni (Kentmanni Hotell OÜ) applied for support to digitalize the company. To increase the number and quality of services and their availability to customers. As a result, BEONx will be integrated. We will interface the BEONx system with the Opera Cloud (existing) system. The support, amounting to 4269,33 EUR, was received through EIS and funded by the European Union from the NextGenerationEU Recovery Fund.
As part of the project, we replaced the PMS with a new cloud-based solution, including the POS system. Added value includes: open API capabilities, centralized profiles, self-service options, multi-property functionality, pricing visibility within the PMS, sales statistics, analytics, and more. The system also enables a group-wide loyalty program, which will strengthen the connection between guests and Hestia Hotel Group properties and allow for more targeted and diverse marketing campaigns and special offers.
