We kindly ask you to read through these spa guidelines and to follow them. By entering the spa area, you confirm that you have read and understood the guidelines below.

• Wearing a bathing suit is mandatory for all guests. Underwear or nudity is forbidden.
• Showering before entering the spa area and after using the saunas is mandatory for all guests.
• Guests should be convinced that their health condition allows them to use the steam and Finnish sauna as well as the Jacuzzi.
• Guests take full responsibility of their spa visitation. Floors may be slippery, we kindly ask guests not to run and walk calmly.
• Spa area does not have a lifeguard. In case of any urgent requests please contact the reception area.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited at spa area.
• Food and drinks are forbidden at the spa area.

• Using the spa under the influence of alcohol and drug is prohibited.
• Guests under 12 are not allowed to use the spa area without adult supervision.
• Spa area is under video surveillance.
• If a guest has caused any damages to the inventory, the guest has the obligation to compensate the damage in full extent.
• It is recommended to consume water regularly during to the spa visit.
• We kindly ask guests to put used towels into baskets situated at the spa area.
• We rely on your respectful attitude to other Spa visitors and to our service staff. In case of violating these Guidelines, our staff has the right to reprove the visitor and if necessary, to ask to leave the spa area.
