Phishing emails
Dear Hestia customer
Thank you for being cautious about phishing! Scams and phishing are becoming more and more common, so please be careful. Hestia Hotels does not send guests links to confirm reservations. All communication is via secure channels and no additional steps are required for confirmed orders. Our emails always come from @hestiahotels.com. Our automated confirmation letters arrive from @oakyapp.com or donotreply@direct-book.com. If in doubt, call +372 66 44 111 and make sure that the transactions or notifications were initiated by us.
Some tips to protect yourself from scams:
1. Check the senderโs email address: Make sure that the address from which the letter was sent really corresponds to the official address of Hestia Hotels, for example @hestiahotels.com.
2. Do not click on suspicious links: If you receive an email with any links that you are not expecting, do not open them. It is better to write and ask directly at our service number.
3. Look for errors: Scam emails may contain grammatical or spelling errors that are not common in our official communications.
4. Use secure password practices: Make sure your passwords are unique, complex, and protected with two-factor authentication if possible.
5. Be careful when sharing personal information: Only share your personal information, including credit card numbers, if you are sure it is safe.
Thank you for trusting us!
