Hestia Hotel Seaport (Tallinn Seaport Hotel OÜ) applied for structural support Supporting the implementation of the tourism company’s business models – small projects. The support has been received through EAS in the amount of 19 974.80 EUR. The project is supported by the European Regional Development Fund.
Hestia Hotel Seaport is planning to begin offering customers contactless check-in and check-out service. At the same time, the property management system (PMS) program will be replaced which hotel requested the financial support. The new program combines all hotel processes into one software solution. By implementing the program, we get an advantage that we can combine different interfaces and additional programs. At the end of the project, we will be able to offer a self-check-in service, so that our customer can check-in at the hotel without personal contact. We can increase our employee’s efficiency and minimize the risk of our customers for possible virus spreads by directing customer to a new contactless service at Hestia Hotel Seaport.
