Our footprint in the World

Our central value is to be a caring and sustainable company and to share this value with you. We stand for creating a complete guest experience, offering comfort and quality. But today it means much more than just an elegant suite and a delicious breakfast, it also includes our responsibility towards society and the environment.

We have created a sub-brand, Focus Hestia, which draws attention to the importance of making more sustainable choices here and now.

Achieving the SDGs is not an overnight task, but knowing that we have chosen the right path helps us move towards this goal with our team and guests.

We protect the environment and save natural resources

We have set a goal to reduce our ecological footprint by reducing energy consumption, waste generation and using renewable energy. We use environmentally friendly washing and cleaning products in all hotels.

We design the service in such a way that the volume of single-use plastic products and the generation of excessive food waste are reduced. We use smart solutions for more economical use of water and energy. We wash dishes efficiently, and the hotel rooms have water-saving showers and faucets. We do daily cleaning only if the guest wants.

We care about our guests and are good neighbors

We encourage our guests to make informed, environmentally friendly choices with us. In each room, there are tips on how to deal sensibly and sustainably, for example by reusing towels or sorting garbage.

Hestia hotels are an integral part of the local community and our desire is to be a positive force in their development. The primary preference is always for domestic products and services, because this way we can support local entrepreneurs, small producers and our own Estonian economy.

Our employees are our most valuable asset and their well-being and development is very important to us. We contribute to ensuring the safety and occupational health of employees and to a fully supportive work culture where everyone feels welcome and respected.
