For our conference guests there are 9 differently sized multifunctional conference and meeting rooms that are perfect for hosting meetings, conferences, expositions, and other events. Conference rooms are spacious and most of them have large windows offering beautiful views. All of our conference and meeting rooms are equipped with modern devices for all your video, sound and presentation needs, including free Wi-Fi. To elate your events and offer participants little vacation between all the hard mind work ee also offer various break-time activities.

Virtual studio

For the time we cannot meet in conference halls, events don’t need to be cancelled, because we help to deliver them virtually and reach all participants regardless of their location.

We assist in ensuring text conversation, sound and video calls and offer the opportunity to participate from the distance. During the event it is possible to share the screen, group participants and manage different users. 4K camera with 5x zoom and wide angle automatically captures people in the conference room in the picture and is smart enough to follow the lecturer, at the same time automatically blocking background noise and enabling everyone to focus on the main goal – effective participation.

Presentation equipment

We offer ClickShare wireless presentation equipment, losing the need for cables and interfaces. Click Share makes connecting the laptop with the screen and sharing the presentation easy – the picture and sound will be delivered wirelessly.
