We expect our clients to follow the established rules and good conduct practices in society. The consumption of food and beverages brought from outside is not allowed within the premises of the conference center, restaurant, bar, or reception area. In case of violation, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client an amount equivalent to the estimated lost revenue and additional cleaning costs.
- Unused coffee break food from events can be taken away in a special container upon the client’s request. However, food leftover from buffet-style events at Restaurant Baarle will not be packaged for takeaway.
- After the event ends, rooms may be used for an agreed period (up to 1 hour). If this time limit is exceeded, an additional fee will apply according to the price list.
- Staying in the conference center after the administrator’s working hours is only allowed with prior agreement.
- The use of hotel property and inventory without prior agreement, including unauthorized borrowing of items, is not permitted.
Responsibility and Security
The hotel’s luggage storage and the conference center cloakroom are unmonitored. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended.
Common areas and the parking lot are under video surveillance. If necessary, security services assist in maintaining order.
Hotel-issued keys (both physical and electronic) may not be handed over to third parties.
Hotel Parking
The parking area on the -1 floor is equipped with security cameras, but the hotel is not responsible for any valuables left inside vehicles.
For the convenient transport of additional equipment and materials for events, short-term parking can be arranged with prior agreement. Parking in front of the hotel is only allowed with a valid permit.
Client Responsibility for Damages
The hotel has the right to demand compensation for any material damage caused by the client within the conference center. The compensation amount is based on the direct damage incurred, along with any additional costs related to its remediation.

- We reduce energy consumption – please turn off the lights when leaving the conference room for lunch breaks.
- We sort waste by category – please dispose of waste in the sorting station located in the conference foyer.
- We promote water conservation – faucets are equipped with water-saving devices.
- We provide tap water as drinking water.
- We encourage the reduction of food waste – please take only as much food as you can enjoy and finish.
- We do not use disposable tableware.
- We support paperless service and actively reduce the consumption of printed paper.
