How can I buy a ticket to Lotte Play Studio?

The ticket to Lotte Play Studio can be bought both at the reception of Hestia Hotel Strand and on the spot at the Studio. When buying at the Studio, you can only pay by card.

How long will the ticket remain valid?

The purchased ticket will be valid until the end of the day.

How do guests find Lotte Play Studio?

Lotte Play Studio is on the lowest floor of our building. On birthdays, direction signs lead guests from the lobby to Lotte Play Studio. Our staff at the reception will also be happy to guide your guests to the Studio.

Can I visit Lotte Play Studio, when it is holding a private birthday party?

During private birthdays parties, only birthday guests are expected at Lotte Play Studio.

Can I print out on the spot or send to e-mail the photos taken with Lotte Play Studio’s camera?

Both options are possible. Sending to e-mail is free, printing is possible at the administrator of Lotte Play Studio for an extra fee.

Where can I park my car?

Hestia Hotel Strand’s car park accommodates 150 cars and parking is free until 30 April 2026. During the summer period (1 May – 31 August), parking for guests staying at Hestia Hotel Strand costs 5 € per 24 hours, and for other service users 1 € per hour or 5 € per 24 hours. We have two parking areas – one in front of the building and another next to it. In addition, there are 4 electric car charging points available.

Do you have a discount for Family Card holders?

For Family Card holders Lotte Play Studio offers 20% discount on tickets and 15% discount if you organize a birthday party.

Does Lotte Play Studio also offer a childcare service?

At Lotte Play Studio, children are the responsibility of their parents.

Holding a birthday party

Are adults included among the 20 birthday guests?

The 20 guests include only children, adults are not charged extra.

Is the birthday child counted among the 20 children?

Yes.

Does a child, who is under 2 years old, count?

Children under 2 are free.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Please order the food and drinks for the birthday table only from our kitchen.

What should I do, if I could not find suitable options from your birthday menu?

If you have special wishes regarding the birthday menu, feel free to let us know and our kitchen will provide you with suitable alternatives.

I also wish to have the Lotte character to my child’s birthday, can I order her through you?

You can order the Lotte character for the birthday for an extra fee. Please let us know well in advance to make sure that the Lotte character is available.

How should I count the amounts of food?

Our restaurant calculates the amounts of food per average person. If you feel that the quantities for your party should be larger or smaller, you can change the amounts of your order accordingly.

When do I have to confirm the order for foods and drinks and the number of people?

Please confirm the number of people and the order for foods and drinks at least 5 working days before the birthday.

When I book a birthday party at Lotte Play Studio, does it mean that the whole room is booked for me?

You can book a private or non-private birthday party at Lotte Play Studio. In case of a non-private birthday, the Play Studio will be open also for other guests during the party. Please let us know your exact wish well in advance.

Is it possible to hold a birthday party for longer than 3 hours?

The party duration included in the birthday party package is 3 hours by default. Should you wish to hold the party longer, the time can be extended for an extra fee. In case of a private birthday party, the hourly rental price of the room applies, the total amount depends on the time the room is used.

How do I pay?

The payment is subject to advance payment.

Will there be candles on the cake?

We offer fountain candles and regular cake candles for the cake. Please let us know, if you would like to have volcano/regular cake candles.

The child became ill. I wish to cancel the birthday party. Is it possible?

If the child is ill, we will be happy to offer the possibility of postponing the birthday party and arrange a new time. If you still wish to cancel, you can do it for free at least 5 working days before the party. If you cancel the booking less than 5 working days, but not less than 3 working days before the start of the event, we will refund 50% of the booking fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the start of the event, the booking fee will not be refunded.

Do I need to worry about the tableware?

Since the catering is ordered by us, the price also includes the utensils for serving the food.

How do you ensure during a non-private birthday party that children, who are not invited guests, do not come and take food from the birthday table?

The food is served in a fenced area with a corresponding sign indicating that a birthday party is currently held there.

Can I throw confetti in Lotte Play Studio?

The use of confetti is not permitted in Lotte Play Studio.

Can I invite a face painter to Lotte Play Studio?

Due to the light-coloured carpeting, we ask you not to do face painting in Lotte Play Studio.
