Terms and conditions

  • During state and school holidays (except during the summer holidays) weekend prices apply.
  • Children of age 0-2 FREE! However, the smallest members of the family who are using the pool must wear a swim nappy. A swim nappy can be purchased on the spot for EUR 2.
  • Discount ticket is valid only together with respective ID. Other discounts are not valid when using the discount ticket!
  • Children under 12 can visit the water spa only if accompanied by an adult.
  • Visiting time of the water and sauna spa is up to 3 hours.
  • NOTE! With purchasing the service, the guests confirm that they possess sufficient physical abilities, skills and health state for the use of water and sauna spa services and they have not consumed alcohol. They also take responsibility to prior get acquainted and behave in accordance with best practices and safety requirements.

  • Take your own towel when you come to spa. This way you can get a ticket 1€ cheaper. Together we take a step closer to saving the environment.

  • Family card is a discount card created for Estonian families with three or more children. if you have a family card, 25% discount applies in water and sauna spa of Hestia Hotel Haapsalu and 10% discount in Blu Holm restaurant and Lounge. Weekend rates apply on public holidays and school holidays.
