Blu Holm resto is the pearl of Haapsalu – a place where we offer summery and fresh flavours created from as many mild and local ingredients as possible.
Our dairy products originate from lovely Estonian cows. Beautiful and colourful carrots come from small local farms. Juicy beef fillet from the south of Pärnumaa.
It is very nice to start with snacks for sharing. A special honour belongs to “Manly frizz”, which is a dish made purely from Läänemaa raw materials.
If you forgot to try something, you just have to come back, as our menu is constantly changing like your favourite soap opera – a new episode, always something surprising!
