• When purchasing the discount ticket verification document is required.
• Guests accommodating in the hotel can enjoy limitless access to water and sauna spa.
• The smallest members of the family must wear a swim nappy.
• Children under age 12 can visit the water and sauna spa only together with an adult, taking responsibility for the behavior and safety of the child.
• Children can visit the spa and sauna center on their own starting from age 12, assuming they can ensure their safety in water and saunas and are considerate to other visitors.
• Reception provides you with the armband for the water and sauna spa, providing entrance to the spa and opening of the locker.
• Do not switch armbands or take them outside of the water and sauna spa. When leaving return the armband to the reception. For the loss of the armband results in the cost for the loss in accordance with the price list.
• If you wish to buy food and drinks in the water and sauna spa café, use armband for this. When leaving the water and sauna spa do not forget to pay for the food and drinks to the reception. When you accommodate in the hotel, you can add the bill to your room.
• Consume food and drinks bought from the water and sauna spa in the areas allocated for this.
• Smoking, consumption of strong alcohol and drugs is prohibited in the water and sauna spa.
• Take care of your personal belongings, the water and sauna spa is not responsible for items left in the locker. We keep the forgotten items for 7 days.
• Please note the explanatory signs and labels in the water and sauna spa.
• Since your health is important to us, please be careful in the water and sauna spa rooms. Floors can be wet and slippery. Use footwear with rubber soles.
• The smallest in the family must wear a swimming diaper.
• We ask our guests to wash themselves before entering the water and sauna spa. If possible, also remove makeup and tie-up long hair.
• Hair dying, the use body care products (peelers, masks, oils, etc.), shaving or doing laundry is not permitted in the water and sauna spa.
• Hestia Hotel Haapsalu Spa is not responsible for injuries or other health problems.
• If you have any questions or problems, please contact a water and sauna spa employee.
• Our staff has the right to comment upon inappropriate behaviour and activities. We have the right not to allow a drunk guest in the water and sauna spa. The water and sauna spa reserves the right to suspend the validity of the visitor’s ticket without compensation in case of violation of good practice.
