• One visit lasts 3 hours and is valid during the water and sauna spa opening hours. The visit time cannot be extended without an additional fee.
• We hope your visit to be pleasant and safe. There is no lifeguard on duty, therefore by purchasing a water and sauna spa ticket you confirm that your swimming skills and state of health allow you to use our pools and saunas. The hotel is not responsible for possible injuries.
• When purchasing or using a discounted ticket, please be prepared to present a valid document proving eligibility for the discount.
• Hotel guests may use the water and sauna spa area for an unlimited time during their stay, in accordance with spa opening hours. Access to the spa is granted with a hotel room wristband.
• Babies and children up to 3 years of age must wear special swimming diapers, which can be purchased at the reception.
• Children under 12 years of age may visit the water and sauna spa only when accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for the child’s behavior and safety throughout the visit.
• Swimwear is required in the water and sauna spa area.
• Children may visit the water and sauna spa independently from the age of 12, provided they are able to ensure their own safety in the pools and saunas and are considerate of other guests.
• At the water and sauna spa reception, you will receive a chip wristband, which grants access to the spa area and a locker in the changing room.
• Please do not exchange wristbands with others or take them outside the spa area. Return the wristband to the spa reception when leaving. In case of loss, inform the staff immediately. Compensation for a lost wristband will be charged according to the price list.
• Food and drinks purchased from the spa café can be paid for using the wristband. Please remember to settle the bill at the spa reception before leaving. Hotel guests may add the café bill to their room account. Bringing your own food and drinks into the spa is not permitted.
• Please consume food and drinks purchased from the spa café only in designated areas.
• Smoking and the consumption of strong alcoholic beverages or narcotics are prohibited in the water and sauna spa. Intoxicated guests are not permitted to enter, and the staff has the right to remove them from the spa.
• Please take care of your personal belongings. The water and sauna spa is not responsible for items left in lockers. Lost items are kept for 7 days.
• We expect guests to treat the surroundings and facilities with care. Any guest who intentionally damages spa property is obliged to compensate for the damage in full.
• Please pay attention to all informational signs and notices displayed in the water and sauna spa.
• As your health is important to us, please be careful while moving around the spa area. Floors may be wet and slippery. We recommend wearing rubber-soled footwear.
• Please shower before entering the water and sauna spa. If possible, remove makeup and tie back long hair. In addition, please shower after each sauna session and before entering the pools.
• Hair dyeing, use of body care products (scrubs, masks, oils, etc.), shaving, hair removal, and washing laundry are not permitted in the water and sauna spa areas.
• Hestia Hotel Haapsalu Spa is not responsible for injuries or other health issues that may occur during your visit.
• In case of questions or problems, please feel free to contact a member of the water and sauna spa staff — we are happy to assist you.
• The spa staff has the right to warn guests about inappropriate behavior or activities. We reserve the right to deny entry to intoxicated guests and to terminate a visit without refund in case of serious violations of spa etiquette.
• Please note that video surveillance is used in the water park, except in changing rooms and shower areas.
• When taking photos of yourself or your family members, please ensure that other guests are not included in the images. Photography and filming are strictly prohibited in saunas and changing rooms, as guests are entitled to privacy in these areas.
